Remote support is provided via Helpwire. This is a safe and secure way for us to provide remote support.

What to expect...

1. A Support Agent will send you a link in the form https://www.helpwire.app/builds/?token=RANDOMCHARACTERS
2. Paste the link into your Web Browser, your Download will autostart.
3. Run the downloaded file. A small chat window will appear and your Support Agent will know that you are connected.
4. Your Support Agent will 'Request Access' and you will need to 'Grant Access'
5. The Support Agent will then connect to your machine.
6. Optionally install the Helpwire application for future support sessions.
